How To Apply:
- Eligible candidates must send their application form along with copy of CNIC, 2 recent passport size photographs and proof of domicile in the name of the undersigned to the address given below.
- Selection Will be made purely on merit & All posts should be based on contract. Candidates must be Punjab domicile holders and then apply.
- Applicants are given manual originals of certificates at the time of passing the test / interview. e.g. CNIC, Educational Certificate and Domicile Certificate.
- General age relaxation in the upper age limit is dependent on government of Punjab rules.
- Applicants applying for more than one post should submit a separate application form for each post.
- Mobile phones and other related devices are not allowed at the test center.
- Incomplete or application form received after the due date will not be accepted.
- The WAPDA Hospital reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of contributions at any time without assigning any reason.
- Applicants should be a resident of Pakistan and meet the eligibility criteria.
- Applicants provide fake or bogus information. Applications will be rejected during the recruitment process.
- No TA / DA will be admissible for the test/ interview.
- The last date of application form received is 19 February, 2023.
